Policy Notes

ENCC has issued several policy briefs, each addressing a different issue related to national competitiveness. The policy briefs are under the series Towards Competitiveness” and are based on the recommendations of the workshops conducted regularly by the council.

The policy briefs include:

Competitive Higher Education: Towards a More Effective and Equitable Higher Education” by Dr. Andrew Lewis, an international expert in the Economics of Education.

Productivity and Competitiveness of the Egyptian Economy” by Prof. Ashraf El-Araby, Economic Expert at the Center of Comprehensive Policy Studies at the National Planning Institute.

Legislative Reform and Competitiveness” by Dr. Mufid Shehab, former Minister of Legal Affairs and Parliamentary Councils.
